SHABD SIMON-ALEXANDER is an internationally renowned dye artist. Her clothing line is carried in high-end boutiques and contemporary art museums internationally. She has been featured in THE NEW YORK TIMES, NEW YORK MAGAZINE, LUCKY, ELLE, NYLON, DOSSIER, BUST MAGAZINE, and countless other magazines and blogs. Having earned the reputation as one of this generation’s leading dye-artists, she teaches classes at the TEXTILE ARTS CENTER in New York, and recently had the honor of teaching MARTHA STEWART how to tie-dye.
