HUY BUI is an entrepreneur, designer, and artist working in New York. He is the co-founder of AN CHOI Vietnamese Eatery in the Lower East Side. He is currently working on PLANT-IN CITY—a collaboration between architects, designers, and technologists who are building new ways of interacting with nature.

For The Last Weekend, Huy will construct a BAMBOO DOME and BURN IT DOWN to demonstrate the value of CREATION AND DESTRUCTION as we enter a new season together.
